I have talked to my friends and family
and its clear to me that the culture at BTG
is unlike any other company. Joining BTG
was the best decision I could have made
when I graduated college. The skills I have
learned, the people who have impacted
me, and the opportunities I have been
given are more than anything I could
have anticipated. Plus, the job is fun. It?s
great to be a part of a company that cares
so much about people.

I think what has impacted me most about
BTG is the opportunity I have to make my
own decisions and make my own mistakes.
Rather than learning what is right and wrong,
I feel I have learned to think through situations
on my own and reflect on problems when
they occur, all the while feeling supported
and not punished for my mistakes. I don't
think I would have been able to make as
many mistakes, and thus grow as much
anywhere else.
